We use surgical grade stainless steel. It is the same grade as those used to make tools for surgeons. It is inert and most people do not have allergies to it. Sterling silver or 925 silver changes colour over time as it oxides and some people have allergic reactions. Stainless steel is also a harder metal compared to sterling silver and can last longer.

We use high quality 16K gold plated chains and white gold plated rhodium chains manufactured in Japan. The color is beautiful and discoloration is slower compared to normal gold plating. They are harder than 18K gold plated but lasts the same. We also provide faux leather chains.

All our earrings are made with surgical grade stainless steel. They are hypoallergenic. Titanium hook options are available for earrings, please contact us to request before placing an order. Our chains have several options, 16K gold plated, white gold plated rhodium chains and faux leather chains. They are generally hypoallergenic but please make sure you are not allergic to any of them. We cannot be responsible for any allergy reactions that might occur due to our products. Please make sure you are aware of your own allergies before purchasing.

Orders can be cancelled if they have not been packaged and shipped. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel your order. Once they have been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If you do a forced return, there will be no refund provided.

We cannot accept any returns or exchange. All sales are final. We only accept returns/ exchange if the item you received is damaged, or a wrong item. In such case, the return shipping and re-shipping will be paid by the buyer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and state. Please contact us with 24 hours of receiving your order. If you contact us later than that, we reserve the right to reject an exchange/ return. All forced returns will not be refunded.

No. We do not provide refunds. All purchases are final, please consider carefully before placing an order.

We are sorry but our processing times are clearly stated. Delivery times are only an estimate and there can be shipping delays beyond our control. We do not provide any refunds for delayed packages. Please order ahead of time if you need them for a certain occasion.

We are sorry but once the tracking shows the package is delivered, our responsibility ends. We are not responsible for any packages stolen off your property. Please make a police report and claim insurance if applicable.

We are sorry but it is your obligation to check the address is correct when you key it in during checkout. Please make sure your address and personal details are correct before clicking 'confirm order'. We are unable to resend your order again, there will also be no refunds. Please place a new order.

Custom taxes/ VAT are charged by your country. We have no control over it. You have to pay for custom taxes/ VAT. If you reject a package due to the custom taxes/ VAT, it will be counted as a forced return and no refund will be given. Please check on your country's custom taxes before purchasing.

We accept customisation of current designs. We also accept customs based on customer's designs. Please contact us via email or any of our social media accounts to discuss. We will not accept any customs that includes any brand's logo and colour, nor any characters from any books, movies, music, and famous people, etc.
